Standard Delivery Items
In-stock merchandise will ship within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
Standard ground delivery time averages between 7-10 business days. If an
item is temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know the expected delivery
date. Our standard carriers require a street address. Items ordered together
do not always arrive together. All standard delivery charges will be applied
to the first of multiple shipments. Standard delivery items will only be
billed upon shipment. U.S. territories, Alaska and Hawaii please contact
Customer Service for shipping quote.
Back-Ordered Items
Usually 2-6 weeks. We are in the process of re-ordering the items.
If your item is back-ordered for more than 30 days, you will be
notified by email of the expected date of merchandise. To obtain
an update on a back-order status, please contact our Customer
Service Department.
